WHEN IS YOUR SEASON?

June 7 through October (2025).

WHAT TIME IS PICK UP & DROP OFF?

Your pick up time is whatever works for you! Because it's a self-service business, you'll receive information on how to access your rental in our locker area. Drop off time is anytime before 8pm. We appreciate you being on time!

HOW DO RENTALS WORK?

We are a self-service, home-based business. You'll pay for rentals through the website before you pick them up. After you sign the rental agreement online, you'll receive information on how to pick up your rental, your locker number and the lock code. Then when you come to our location, you'll pick up your watercraft from our lockers at your convenience. When you're done with your water adventure, you'll drop off your watercraft the same day you pick up unless you've rented for multiple days.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We don't offer delivery services at this time. You're responsible for picking up the rental and then dropping it off on time. We're super easy to find and located in the heart of Loveland, CO.

CAN I RENT FOR MULTIPLE DAYS?

Yes! You can book multiple days through the website. You'll indicate how many days you'd like to rent. We appreciate your business!

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We appreciate you treating our SUPs and kayaks as if they were your own valued recreation equipment. If one is damaged while in your care, we'll expect that you either pay to replace the product or have it repaired depending on the damage.

ARE YOU LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE WATER?

No, we are located in a neighborhood in Loveland, CO as a home-based business. You can pick up your watercraft at your convenience and drop off anytime before 8pm.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You will be refunded 50% of your reservation fee when cancelling 48 hours in advance.
